Sabrina Marie Studio is hiring a Studio Assistant to support branding photo sessions and studio days. This role is hands on, fast paced, and very detail oriented. You will help keep sessions running smoothly, support the client experience, and keep the studio clean, organized, and ready to shoot.

What you will do

• Client session support

• Arrive early to prep the space and help the day start on time

• Greet clients and support a welcoming experience

• Help with wardrobe organization, steaming, lint rolling, and quick outfit fixes

• Assist with lighting and set support as directed

• Manage props and small details to keep sets clean and intentional

• create flat lays of props for photographer

• Capture simple iPhone BTS clips and b roll when requested

• Help keep the session on schedule so we finish on time

• Tear down and fully reset the studio before leaving

• Studio setup, reset, and cleaning

• Replace seamless paper rolls as needed, tape and trim clean edges, remove dirty sections

• Set up and break down backdrops, furniture, and props

• Clean and reset client areas including vanity, bathroom, floors, mirrors, and surfaces

• Restock supplies like water, lint rollers, tape, styling tools, and paper goods

• Keep props organized and maintain tidy storage areas

• Occasional steaming clothes

Dress code

• black and white outfit on session days, no bold prints, graphics or words

• clean, polished, and studio appropriate

• No shoes on paper backdrops, black socks only

Schedule

• Part time, flexible, on call based on session bookings and studio needs

• Some weekends may be requested

Pay

$22 per hour for all paid shifts

Trial process

Applicants complete a one time 3 hour unpaid shadow interview. This is observation only. You will watch how sessions and studio workflows run, learn the system, and ask questions. No work tasks are performed during the shadow. If selected after the shadow, all future shifts are paid at $22 per hour.
